The intent of this bill is to require the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMI) to test the effect of including telehealth services in Medicare health care delivery reform models.

This bill would allow Veteran Affairs (VA) providers to provide services to VA beneficiaries located in another state and who are not in a federal facility if telemedicine is used.

The intent of these bills is to amend Title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to stroke telehealth under the Medicare program.
