Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) services are covered benefits under Idaho Medicaid. Covered services are indicated on the Idaho Medicaid Numerical Fee Schedule. Services must meet any criteria established or referenced in chapters of the Idaho Medicaid Provider Handbook. Certain procedures must be prior authorized to be covered.
